The Korean Veterinary Medical Association (KVMA) and the Global Digital Innovation Network (GDIN) signed a pioneering memorandum of understanding on January 25th. The agreement, endorsed by Dr. Hur Juhyung, KVMA President, and Mr. JongKap Kim, GDIN CEO, incorporates a shared commitment to advance innovation in the animal healthcare industry.
This strategic partnership aims to identify and promote innovative companies in the veterinary sector. KVMA and GDIN will collaborate to attract investments and provide essential business development support, creating an environment helpful to global success for these companies.
According to the signatories’ press release, “The timing is ideal, considering the promising trajectory of the Global Animal Health Care Market. Anticipating an annual growth rate of around 10%, the market is expected to reach an impressive $92.8 billion by 2030”.
This collaboration is set to move forward in veterinary medicine and contribute to the global digital innovation scene.
Created in 2013, GDIN is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering innovation worldwide, supporting 2,962 start-ups, and since then, has attracted over 3.25 billion dollars in investment for its member start-ups.
